- Uploaded Files: Invoice images and PDF documents you upload for processing. These files are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. Files are sent directly to Google's AI API for processing and are immediately discarded after results are returned.
- Usage Data: Anonymous usage statistics including page views and feature usage, collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type for compatibility optimization.
2. Data Processing
We do not store your files. Your uploaded invoices are:
- Processed locally in your browser (compression and format conversion)
- Sent to Google Gemini AI API for text extraction
- Immediately discarded after processing - no copies are retained
Google's handling of data sent to their API is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
